Joshua, have you looked into Anthologize? It’s a plugin for WordPress that allows admins to organize and export a site or selection of posts/articles as an ebook (epub), PDF, HTML, or XML. At CSU, we approached a similar problem by having students create a digital archive of course materials , gathered from CSU Library Special Collections (both digital and digitized items).
